So that's all I've been up to...
Except, as promised, my fish came out really well.
I started with 2 boneless fillets of flounder. I made rice, added cheese and steamed broccoli. I put that inside the flounder and rolled the fillet on to itself. I sprinkled some paprika on top, served it with more rice and ta da!
It was really good. Tonight's gourmet meal? Meatloaf. Not quite as exciting, but I do make an awesome meatloaf.
